Janice is an enthusiastic and experienced lecturer and presenter, specialising in creating and delivering innovative individual and group training sessions promoting resilience, wellbeing and personal development both in and out of the workplace.
As someone who experienced and ignored the warning signs of burnout in corporate life and suffered the consequences, she is passionate about ensuring others maintain health and balance in a challenging business world. She established NeuroVitality Ltd to provide training and coaching designed to prevent ill health, counter presenteeism and absenteeism, and improve staff retention rates. She is a founding member and Director of Reclaim Health: a non-profit Community Interest company, with NHS Research funding, and was a recent contributor to its first book on functional illness.

With a wealth of experience in senior financial and managerial roles, Dawn understands the needs and intricacies of the fast paced, Corporate world. Dynamic and highly organised she ensures the smooth running of NeuroVitality Ltd. She is both forward thinking and detail focused, planning, arranging, organising and structuring training and liaising with clients to make the process of booking and arranging training simple and effortless.
A qualified Mental Health First Aider, she also participates on courses, providing assistance to trainers and supporting the wellbeing of all those who attend.
Jag Gill
A deep sense of purpose in helping people unlock their potential and realise a higher level of being is what drives Jag in everything he does. Developing a passion for people development with over 15 years in the Corporate Financial Services sector Jag is no stranger to getting the best out of people. Key interest areas are growth mindset, building confidence, presentation skills, management, leadership and personal impact.
Through building trust based relationships Jag is experienced in designing learning experiences, 121 coaching and group sessions. Working with people from early career stages through to senior leaders and using his skills as a coach, mentor and trainer to drive performance and culture, Jag loves the infinite game of continuous development.

Flora Mac Donald has over 20 years’ commercial experience with a proven track record as an executive coach and facilitator in the field of Talent Management. Flora has worked with clients at every level of seniority, from Board level to emerging talent. Her experience covers a broad range of industry sectors and organisations, including UK programmes with FTSE 100 companies and internationally based assignments with multinationals.
