Janice Benning

Course developer, coach and trainer and founder of NeuroVitality Ltd.

Janice is an enthusiastic and experienced lecturer and presenter, specialising in creating and delivering innovative individual and group training sessions promoting resilience, wellbeing and personal development both in and out of the workplace.

As someone who experienced and ignored the warning signs of burnout in corporate life and suffered the consequences, she is passionate about ensuring others maintain health and balance in a challenging business world. She established NeuroVitality Ltd to provide training and coaching designed to prevent ill health, counter presenteeism and absenteeism, and improve staff retention rates. She is a founding member and Director of Reclaim Health: a non-profit Community Interest company, with NHS Research funding, and was a recent contributor to its first book on functional illness.

With a wealth of experience in senior financial and managerial roles, Dawn understands the needs and intricacies of the fast paced, Corporate world. Dynamic and highly organised she ensures the smooth running of NeuroVitality Ltd. She is both forward thinking and detail focused, planning, arranging, organising and structuring training and liaising with clients to make the process of booking and arranging training simple and effortless.

A qualified Mental Health First Aider, she also participates on courses, providing assistance to trainers and supporting the wellbeing of all those who attend.

Jag Gill

A deep sense of purpose in helping people unlock their potential and realise a higher level of being is what drives Jag in everything he does. Developing a passion for people development with over 15 years in the Corporate Financial Services sector Jag is no stranger to getting the best out of people. Key interest areas are growth mindset, building confidence, presentation skills, management, leadership and personal impact.

Through building trust based relationships Jag is experienced in designing learning experiences, 121 coaching and group sessions. Working with people from early career stages through to senior leaders and using his skills as a coach, mentor and trainer to drive performance and culture, Jag loves the infinite game of continuous development.

Part of the 2023 Human Leader Top 50 cohort, Jag is recognised for bringing authenticity and a human approach to everything he does. His infectious passion, energy and creative approach means learning is engaging and results focused.

Danni Fraylich – Associate

With 13 years corporate experience working with large national and international brands such as Costa Coffee, KFC and Heineken, Danni has worked across many core business functions including Marketing, Operations and Business Development and brings a breadth of corporate knowhow. She has had the opportunity to flex these cross-functional strengths in both international and domestic markets within equity and franchise frameworks. 

Energetic and dynamic, her success in the corporate world is enhanced by her innate ability to connect with people and quickly establish trusting relationships; a skill she uses to great effect in her role as a trainer and corporate and executive coach.

With specialist areas of interest and expertise in mindset, growing self-awareness, management and leadership behaviours, she especially enjoys working to develop individual talent and cultivate high performing teams and businesses.

Marie is senior HR generalist and trainer with over 20 years’ experience across a range of sectors from premium brands, legal, FMCG, software development and manufacturing.

A fellow of the CIPD, with an MA in Personnel and Development, Marie specialises in offering bespoke HR and training consultancy which is results focussed and sustainable. She embraces the challenge of balancing best practice with organisational context to deliver commercial value.

Marie is passionate about working with clients to develop their management skills and personal effectiveness through practical one to one coaching or classroom based group delivery.

Catherine Bonner – Associate

Communications and engagement evangelist Catherine Bonner knows the cost of poor communication.

With over 15 years’ experience in Corporate Communications, Catherine works with organisations to radically improve how they communicate, creating work places with connected and engaged employees.  

Her experience spans a multitude of industries including tech, retail, luxury, education and professional services. Her inspiring, energetic and down to earth style immediately puts people at ease, empowering them to step out of their comfort zone and develop their skills. Whether its tackling hybrid working, mastering presentation skills or coaching leaders in the art of communication, Catherine is passionate about using strong communication to empower people at work. 

Flora MacDonald – Associate

Flora Mac Donald has over 20 years’ commercial experience with a proven track record as an executive coach and facilitator in the field of Talent Management.   Flora has worked with clients at every level of seniority, from Board level to emerging talent. Her experience covers a broad range of industry sectors and organisations, including UK programmes with FTSE 100 companies and internationally based assignments with multinationals.

Flora is highly experienced in the field of people development, team building, change management and career progression. Flora worked for a global management consultancy in both Australia and London, and most recently as a consultant for London Marathon Events. She has contributed to articles on coaching and talent management in The Guardian, The Evening Standard and Executive Grapevine.

Flora uses her background in Psychology to shape her integrative approach. She includes mindfulness, and cognitive behavioural techniques to raise awareness of ingrained patterns of behaviour, and unlock unhelpful thinking and beliefs. Viktoria Cerny – Associate

Viktoria Cerny is an executive and business coach who works with individuals and organisations with a growth mindset, who are hungry to make a change, overcome a challenge or proactively transform what is already good, into great. Viktoria works with clients on their entrepreneurial ventures, succession plans, team development, management and leadership goals, career transitions, resilience, impact and communication and more.

Elaine Pearson – Associate

Elaine is the founder of Change Perspective – a racial inclusion training and coaching business, which facilitates change at both an individual and systemic level, for fairness, equity and meaningful benefits to business performance.
As a person of ethnicity with Board level experience, Elaine is adept at enabling cultural change to influence inclusion. She has over 20 years in HR, DE&I, including HR Director for the UK’s largest business lobbying group, the CBI. Subsequently, she has worked with businesses in both the public and private sector, including FTSE 100 companies.

She works in collaboration with her clients from proposal to delivery, to achieve a mutually agreed outcome. In her work with leadership teams, she expands their perspective and fosters solutions-focused thinking to addressing organisational barriers. Her style inspires collective ownership for accelerating meaningful change and achieving true equity.
